Low season:

October, November, December, January, February

$490 per night for 5-day stay, $2000 per 5 day stay

Reduces to $370/night for every extra night beyond 5 days

2 night minimum stay

Mid season:

March, April, May

$530 per night for 5-day stay

Reduces to $450/night for every extra night beyond 5 days

2 night minimum stay

High season:

June, July, August, September

$590 per night, $2700 per 5-day stay

Reduces to $510/night for every extra night beyond 5 days

2 night minimum stay

Please note stays all stays include a $150 cleaning fee, and subject to 13% tax. Damage deposit of $500 OR credit card hold are required in case of damages and/or excessive cleaning at our discretion.
